We believe dining is and should be an experience, one of discovery and connection.
We are farm-to-table, nose-to-tail, from scratch kitchen focusing on a no-waste concept. With sustainability the bottom line, we will butcher and dry-age whole animals, make our own pasta and bread, and preserve the bounty that the surrounding area has to offer.
Additionally, we will feature a wine list highlighting some imported and domestic local gems. Creative and food-driven cocktails and a selection of local beers on tap will round out the bar program. A casual dining atmosphere with fine dining service and cuisine is our aim; we strive be a local living room with flawless food and drink.
